It’s important to remember that it’s completely normal to feel worried or low at times when you’re pregnant or after having a baby. But there are people and organisations out there dedicated to help so the key message is ask for help if you’re having bad feelings all the time or you feel you can’t cope.

Things to look out for include low mood, anxiety and depression. These feelings are felt by many in pregnancy or in the first year after childbirth.
