1. This offer is only available in the UK and only via the Bounty App.
2. The Bounty Gift Box offer is available free of charge to all mums who download the Bounty App. Bounty reserves the right to charge for the Bounty Gift Box in the future. There is only one Bounty Gift Box allowed per person.
3. The contents of the Bounty Gift Box may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Bounty. Any products featured in advertising literature or on our website are for illustrative purposes only and Gift Box contents may differ.
4. The free Bounty Gift Box may be collected through selected retailers detailed on the App from time to time. Bounty does not take responsibility for Gift Boxes being unavailable in any particular retail outlet.
5. Bounty reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the Bounty Gift Box without prior notification.
6. The Bounty Gift Box is subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No part of the gift is exchangeable for cash or any other gift.
7. Applicants for the Bounty Gift Box agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Bounty reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applicants for the free Bounty Gift Box. Bounty may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Gift Box may be withheld unless and until the Bounty is satisfied with the verification of the eligibility of the applicant.
9. An application for a free Bounty Gift Box must be made by the applicant. Bulk applications made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete applications, or applications made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and applications which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will not be eligible. If it becomes apparent that an applicant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that applicant’s requests for free Gift Boxes in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that applicant’s request will be disqualified and any Gift Box request will be void.

13. Bounty reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If these rules are changed Bounty will publish the amended rules at https://www.bounty.com/giftbox Bounty’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
14. This Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
