When at your next appointment, please ask your midwife or health care pofessional in the antenatal clinic or scanning unit for your Pregnancy Information folder.
If they do not have any available, please let us know the address of the surgery/antenatal clinic or scanning unit you attended and we will endeavour to ensure more folders are made available at this location. Please contact: fieldsupport@bounty.com with the relevant information.

  • Unable to receive Child Benefit form

Your Child Benefit form will be available in your Newborn pack. If you did not receive it & would like to claim child benefit, please visit https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/child-benefit-claim-form-ch2 to print the forms. Please be aware that we are unable to post Child Benefit forms as our contractual agreement is specific to Newborn Packs being distributed in a hospital setting. If you are unable to print the form please call HMRC on 0300 200 3100. After the recorded message you can hold and wait to speak to someone and you will be able to ask to have it posted to you.

  • Vouchers in pack are out of date

    Mum-to-be pack
We place a production date on the outside of the packs. With our Mum-to-be pack we also place a 'best before' expiry date on the outside of the pack, primarily to aid our retail partners with stock rotation. When we produce these packs we try to ensure all vouchers contained within have sufficeint shelf life to reach mums' hands, but due to varying rates of attrition in store this is not always the case. As a gesture of goodwill, if you contact mtbpackvoucher@bounty.com with the email address you used to sign up & entitle your email 'MTB reset' we can re-enable your pack voucher, enabling you to pick up another Mum-to-be pack in store.

Pregnancy Information folder & Newborn pack
We only place a production date on the outside of these packs. When we produce these packs we try to ensure all vouchers contained within have sufficient shelf life to reach mums' hands, but due to varying rates of attrition in hospital which is beyond our control, this is not alway the case. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • Product Samples in pack are out of date

We place a production date on the outside of all of our Bounty packs. With our Mum-to-be pack we also place a 'best before' expiry date on the outside of the pack, primarily to aid our retail partners with stock rotation. When we produce these packs we always ensure all samples contained within the pack have a best before expiry date that exceeds the expiry date on the Mum-to-be pack (or is at least least 6 months from the production date in the case of Pregnancy Information folders & Newborn packs). If you believe this is not the case please contact supplychain@bounty.com with the relevant information & we will investigate further.

  • I would like to obtain a sample within one of your packs

Bounty aims to provide relevant samples and information to help make family life easier during pregnancy and after birth. We rely upon our clients to always ensure we have sufficient stocks for new and expectant mums.

The samples remain the property of our clients at all times and we are only contracted to pack the items in Bounty packs and send specific volumes out to designated locations.

Therefore unfortunately, due to these contractual commitments, regrettably we are unable to release additional samples or Bounty packs. If you are looking for a specific sample may we advise that you contact the client/supplier directly.

  • I live outside the UK. Can I get a pack?

The Bounty packs are only available in the UK.

Unfortunately, the Bounty Pregnancy Information folder & Newborn pack are not available on the Channel Islands due to not having contracts in place. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this may cause.

  • I'm having twins, how many packs will I receive?

Expectant mums are given one Pregnancy Information folder and one Mum-to-be prenatally.

In the case of multiple births, when we meet mums in hospital who have had more than one baby, our Bounty staff will provide a Newborn pack for each baby born.
