Morning sickness can put a dampener on your pregnancy but if you suffer from severe morning sickness, known as hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) like Kate Middleton, it can make nine months nothing short of a hell.
Reported in the Daily Mail today, (19th April 2016) a study on women suffering from HG have an increased chance of having a girl.
A new theory from New Scientist has found that women who suffer with HG are more likely to have girls rather than boys.
The study of 1.65 million women, found that 56% of the women who suffered with severe morning sickness gave birth to daughters.
Kate Middleton famously suffered from severe morning sickness in both her pregnancies and had a boy and a girl, so the jury’s still out on this theory.
